Our “Full Service Package” of personalized services are for the couple who want it all; and we will be there planning and coordinating the entire event from your engagement thru the reception. We are there for you from beginning to end, when you will be whisked away on your honeymoon. Package includes unlimited pre-wedding bridal consultations, unlimited pre-coordination hours, unlimited vendor consultation and selection, site selection, dress and wedding attire selection assistance, budgment management, 2 hour rehearsal coordination, 16 hour wedding day coordination, vendor confirmations and timeline/schedule creation.
Have you already started your planning but need some help? Our “Basic Service Package” is just for you. We provide consultation, vendor selection and coordination, as well as day of services. Package includes limited pre-wedding bridal consultation hours, limited pre-coordination hours, intial vendor consultation, site selection, budget management, 2 hour rehearsal coordination, 10 hour wedding day coordination and timeline/schedule creation.
Our ”Day Of Package” supports the couple with managing the important details of the day. We provide many services including wedding day or reception only coordination, supervising vendors and wedding itineraries. Package includes 3 pre-wedding bridal consultation hours, 10 hours wedding day coordination, 2 hour rehearsal coordination, vendor confirmations, and timeline/schedule creation.
We also provide “Destination Cajun Weddings”. The Cajun people of Southwest Louisiana have many old wedding traditions that couples still participate in today. You know you are at a Cajun Wedding when you see customs such as pinning the veil, the wedding march, gumbo, or dancing with the broom. From plantation homes to the Cajun music we customize this package just for you.
Our package fees vary depending upon your needs. We use the complimentary initial consultation to determine your expectations. We then create a proposal based on the services for your special day.
Other services include hourly and a la carte rates.
SOCIAL EVENTS
For all your special events such as birthday celebrations, Mardi Gras balls, Christmas parties, anniversaries, cocktail parties, galas and reunions let us make your event special.

In partnership with Stage Call Entertainment we offer over 20 years of experience in music booking, coordinating, and the production of fairs, festivals and concerts. The list of clients utilizing our booking expertise is endless. Clients from Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Washington, DC, California and many points in between call on us for their festivals, church fairs, balls, and non-profits to help make their events more successful.
